Disclaimer Excerpts From The Book / Edited Especially For The Worldwide Web
This Book, “The Biography Of Noble Drew Ali / The Exhuming Of A Nation” and its Author, Elihu N. Pleasant-Bey, et al hereby disclaims any and all membership association to the various Moorish Science Temples (MSTA), Moorish Holy Temple of Science or facsimile subordinate branches, splinter groups, private or registered whose General Laws are an appurtenance to the jurisdiction of the United States Government et al. This Biography and its Appendix has the power to redeem an entire Nation of People, save the United States of America and guide the nations of the earth to true peace. The Book of Fire was not written by a functioning member of any Moorish Science Groups. Instead, it has been written by a dedicated patriotic Vanguard of the Moorish American Nation; a lawful and proclaimed people. There are disclaimers throughout my book; some are being edited here through The Seven Seals Publications. Included in these worldwide disclaimers are several warnings to heads and members of religious and civic organizations, especially the MSTA. Noble Drew Ali said “A friend will warn you.” These organizations, in no assumed fashion, have any power over me. Nor shall I willingly give a MSTA or other organized group power through membership to assume jurisdiction over my free national status.
The Author is a Moorish American. The last Avatar, Noble Drew Ali, is the first Moorish American National to go anywhere (Egypt, Arabia, Morocco, Cuba & Mexico) then return (to USA) to teach me the truth about my nationality and divine creed. He discribed my proper in the last sentence of Act-6 of his Divine Cinstitution and By Laws ... to wit: THE MOORISH AMERICANS ARE DESCENDANTS OF THE ANCIENT MOABITES WHOM INHABITED THE NORTHWESTERN AND SOUTHWESTERN SHORES OF AFRICA. This discription fits me perfectly and I am finally at peace in the consciousness of my self. Now, who should I believe? Drew Ali, who said "His nationality and mine is Moorish American" or some 'Dirty Moor' who has not been any further than a European prison in the United States?
Some leaders teach I was "put out of the MSTA by Robert Love-El." If they were to see the straight record it would show the "One Temple and one Prophet of the temple" has not existed or taught Moorish Americans how to be themselves since July 21, 1929. If they knew the truth they would know "MEMBERSHIP IN ANY ORGANIZATION (MSTA, NAACP, KKK or U. S. SENATE) HAS NOT ONE IOTA OF DETERMINATION ANY PERSON'S NATIONALITY / FREE NATIONAL NAME." The MSTA has been underground in masonic secrecy since 1930, have not taught one 'Adept' since 1959 and will not fulfill the true works and teachings of Drew Ali. The organization designed to be the educational womb for the Moorish Americans has actually become their stagnant tomb. During my fall there, while under some "Grand Sheik/Moderator" Leadership, I paid severe price for not remembering "No Mason or Preacher can save me." The septer of salvation is simply never in the hands of an oppressor. Therefore, I, being undeniably free to be 'Moorish American' and help redeem my people, could have never been 'Put out' of something that could have the ability to take away my true idenity. Then again, was "Denationalization" the very crime Drew Ali charged the United States with their application of the 14th and 15th Amendments? You bend a few weak minds to believe the MSTA NOW have the power to do the same? Oh fool, fool the time you take to hide what you are could be used to save the world!
There are some some simi-comatosed fez-wearing brethrens, calling themselves Moorish Americans but are Western Freemasonic gang leading Officials in disquise, who are teaching their membership to hate and shun those whom are not their pleasure. They are taught to hate me instead of love me as their own blood. Since Noble Drew Ali left his body July 20, 1929 these leaders now claim to be the foremost authority to determine and issue nationality. Their organizational authority, under the color of law, appears to have the power to "NATIONALIZE and NATURALIZE" a member of the human family beyond the descendant nature of our Forefathers. Yet, they will not be truthful to their followers by revealing these acts are completely illegal, fraugulant and criminal. The Founder of the MSTA, Noble Drew Ali, never once commited these crimes upon his members because his powers did not extend beyond the Universal Creator, Allah Himself. Still, these Masonic-based Leaders who teach negatively about me have no nation, no free national constitution, no recognition by the nations of the earth, no Moorish National Flag or country of their own and no power to save. A real Moorish American is an upright, fearless and independant citizen of the Clean and Pure Nation of people. And they are recognized and known by their one, true, free National Name of "Moorish American."
These warnings are ‘Healing Lights’ that reveal existing tumors of mental slavery and structural damages to what was once, “One Temple.” These tumors have caused so much confusion about the Moorish American Government until only a few can see there is still: “One Prophet of the Temple”. These Lights also contain healing potencies and means that can help them to regain their noble “place in the affairs of men” and “The Divine and National Movement.”
A nation of holy People that has been ordained in due time by the Great God of the Universe and fulfilling the prophecies of Noble Drew Ali. Much of the written works in the Biography is either unknown or unpracticed by many organizational ‘Sheiks’ and ‘Adepts.’ Chapters 23 and 24 of my Book are where true Moors are supposed to be at this time (Click onto ‘Moorish Proclamation-Declaration’). “Dirty Moors” have been busy burying us as a people, just as Prophet Noble Drew Ali warned: “They will take this movement down so low; it will disappear from the face of the earth. You (Moors) want know I have been here.” The organization of MSTA, during the “Moderation” of R. Love El, went on record of the Corporate Government of the United States, stating: this Author and many other Moorish were “not Moorish Americans and never a part of the organization.” Would China tell a Chinese National, he or she is no longer a Chinese? This act brought to light a 75-year practice of clandestine cultism within the various MSTA groups showing how it has systematically denounced 98% of its members as ‘Non-Moorish’ or “Repo” their tribal names (Bey and El). An entity that eats its young can never be prosperous. This is why John Doe Public of today knows nothing about the true uplifting duties preformed by Prophet Noble Drew Ali. Due to the national inactivity of Moorish Officials, there are over 40,000,000 so-called “Negroes”, “Blacks” and “Colored People” (NBC) who do not know the Great God of their Forefathers ordained to them a Redeemer. As a chartered organization, the MSTA Constitutional limitations are to teach its members their nationality and divine creed. This is the only way for it to live out its purpose, the uplifting of fallen humanity. From it’s inception in 1913, the noble group was never intended to be recognized as a national government, Islamic Sect, Secret Order or as a Religion. Yet today the MSTA is widely known and accepted as such and its Founder has been reduced from A Prophet of Allah to a Shriner. Our Fez, the most highly respected Headdress in the world, is worn mostly in secrecy like thieves in lodges. Some of its members have been pushed so far astray until they are known as “Terrorist” before being recognized as a pure new nation. Not one “National Grand Sheik” has ever gone before The United States Congress or The Nations of The earth to proclaim the Moorish Americans as an Upright, Independent and fearless nation of people. Not because they do not possess the divine tools to make the national stand but because of not knowing how to use them. The MSTA subsequently do not have the power to issue true citizenship, nationality or sovereign autonomy. For over seven decades this organization has assumed ‘no Moorish American can exist without their authorization.’ Oh how wrong they have been to have forgotten we are Moorish by the descendant nature of our forefathers and there is no one (or organization) who is able to change that law The immutable truth is, The Moorish Americans were in existence 21 years before the birth of their Prophet, before the founding and in lieu of The MSTA. For those who love the Great Prophet of Ali and study law know that, to be a Moorish American is not contingent upon being a member of the MSTA. And those who labor under the social laws of oppression deceive themselves about this fact. Especially with the publication and distribution of “The Biography of Noble Drew Ali.” Still, the duty of the members is to strictly preserve the laws of unity and not to run away individuals, families and groups of Moorish loyalist. As a mostly religious organization, subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, the MSTA has lost its innermost bearing on teaching Moorish Americans to become a clean and pure nation of people. Yet, this is what ever Moor must do in order to ultimately be themselves, a people.
No lawfully chartered organization, under the color authority, should assume the lofty judgment of determining a person’s divine birthright to have a nationality e.g. ‘A Moorish American is in good standing as long as he or she pleases the Grand Sheik and a returned NBC if they do not.’ On the international scale of things, that ain’t living! Every man and woman has the divine and natural birthright to have a nationality. The MSTA has no lawful jurisdiction within these realms. It could if it would teach the members to grow into citizens of their own government. Today, defining “Nationality” is of the utmost necessity. It is not a game for club members to play at meetings for 4-hours a week. When any person, place or thing interferes in the course of one National Being seeking the protection of freedom, found in his or her birthright, it then become the lawful duty of that Being to fight, fight and fight again for their only free national name. After being a faithful dues-paying Executive Official for 27 years, when the Author was in deepest adversity, the MSTA disclaimed him as he now disclaims the MSTA. The Author was forced to obtain the status of his free national Name beyond the stagnant rules and secret regulations of organizations. As fair exchange is no robbery, neither are mutual disclamations a crime. His book is dedicated to the unification of his people by bringing them into their own as one new nation. In the manner of His Savior Noble Drew Ali, the guaranteed mental freedom, historical truths and lawful course of justice written in The Book of Fire will free all Moors. In the information age where knowledge is as abundant as air, my people still suffer due to a lack of truth. Without truth, they will never know freedom. Truth is here and it is pulling the covers off all Secret Societies.
The Moorish Divine and National Movement of North America is the living manifestation of the straight way between teaching our people their nationality, their divine creed and being themselves, Moorish Americans, a clean and pure nation of people. The “National” portion of the “Movement” is in full prophecy when the Moorish American Government becomes recognized by the nations of the earth. Drew Ali said “The destiny of this movement is being guided by Allah.”
The MSTAs everywhere are suffering because of lack of national and international movement. They have become a conch shell of the “One Temple” The Holy Prophet founded. It has gotten so low until today, when one Moorish American meets another; they immediately look for Willie Lynch’s ‘Little Differences’ by asking “What temple do you belong to?” Had they been taught the truth, “All Moorish Americans must learn to love instead of hate and keep their hearts and minds pure with love”, they would have been happy to be in the marvelous light of a fellow Moorish American. A member of any organization and a National Citizen of any nation are two distinct entities. A member can resign at will or be expelled at a whim. A national today is “what his forefathers were yesterday and no one can change man from his descendant nature.” Home Owners and Renters, as are Ducks and Chickens, the former has the stability of responsibility and the latter birds, although they both eat corn in the same barnyard, only one can take to water. Truth is, a true Moorish American is recognized as a National Citizen of The said (Moorish American) Government. A Moorish American who has not actively grown with his or her “Nationality Card” is still a passive member of an organization. This is the true foundation for this disclaimer.
Beneath the covers of European freemasonry, today’s MSTA officials have been secretly screening their membership under the spurious practice of denationalization. There are tens of thousands of former members, (98% more out, than those functioning within), standing at the ready to be witness of this prophesied history. This is why the nation of Moorish Americans rest largely in the Churches and streets of public domains in America The crime of “Denationalization” is the unilateral act of a country in depriving a person of nationality, whether by administrative decision of by operation of law. Denationalization ranks with Genocide and Slavery as being high International Crimes against members of the human family. I love the members of the MSTA because I must. But only a fool would step down from the freedom of his or her national into the instability of an organizational membership. Still, no Asiatic Organization should be practicing any policies that are in support of our former slave masters. That is unless their purpose is to sustain all ye Asiatics in the state where Drew Ali found them.
I owe no debt to any of the Moorish Science Temples of America Organizations or to the worldwide Islamic, Jewish nay, Christian communities. This Author only know The Great God, Drew Ali and his only debt is to free his people. With the distribution of his featured Book, The Exhuming Of A Nation, that debt too is paid. He has no obligations to foreign Republics or other Sovereignties, secret societies or any form of fraternal orders can there be placed valid claim(s) of established allegiance, citizenship and or membership by neither chartered nor constituted laws. Albeit the alleged crime against the United States, of which I was wrongfully charged, convicted and enslaved, has also been paid in full. Although I forgive her for the latter, (because while I was in the belly of the whale, I wrote Drew Ali’s Biography), the magnanimous outstanding debt still owed by The United States to The Moorish Americans, remains at unpaid. Now for the sake of harmony, none of these entities possess jurisdiction over me, the author. This disclaimer is based upon the grand principles of Love, Truth, Peace and Freedom. Through these principles, Justice is now running its course, repudiating those who, knowingly or unknowingly, have arrested the ripeness of the Moorish Americans to be a recognized people. And in preserving The Holy and Divine Laws of Noble Drew Ali’s Moorish Divine and National Movement and hereby obeying the divinely constituted laws of the Moorish American Government; solely hold the naturalized jurisdiction of the said author. The disclaimer is firmly foundated to the Father of Love; He will keep me forever unattached to hatred for any of the seven infinite Creations.
The Biographer is a Moslem of the Ancient Kemetian Mystery Order, which Noble Drew Ali called “Islamism”, the world’s first Religious Creed. This old system of teachings was divinely perfected for the salvation of all men, from which Mohammed of Arabia revealed to his people fourteen hundred years ago. With the highest honor to my Brothers and Sisters in the East, a Moslem of this foremost original Order should not be misconstrued or amalgamated into the psyche of modern Arab-based Muslims that is currently dramatized as Islamic. Indeed, other than a few Angels, Adepts, Sufis, Mahatmas and Prophets, being infinitely seasoned into the sluggish consciousness of mankind, a nation of Moslems has not existed in over ten thousand years. Islamism was taught as the foremost Ancient Holistic Mystery System and as a civilized requisite to humanity and constituted nations of the earth. The Moslems of this Mother of all Religions, liken unto the Nation of Moorish Americans in this new era of time, have not been known to the minds and governments of late eras and dispensations. “The reason these lessons have not been known is because the Moslems of India, Egypt and Palestine had these secrets and kept them back from the outside world, and when the time appointed by Allah they loosened the keys and freed these secrets, and for the first time in ages have these secrets been delivered in the hands of the Moslems of America”.
The Biography of Noble Drew Ali is the first complete Book of Self-Freedom ever to be written by an Adept Disciple Of the Last Prophet in these days. And, in true Drew Ali fashion, the book is made publicly available to all the descendants of Ex-Slaves in the United States. The purpose of this book is primarily Educational and written as a Study Guide in order for the Moorish Americans to raise their finite thoughts to infinite wisdom. Through this book’s unifying format they can pick themselves up by their own merits and obtain a freedom that no man can take away. Self-Freedom is the only pure autonomy. If someone other than you possess the power to free you, they can also enslave you again.
This literary work is not to cause any confusion. Quite the contrary, indeed it is present existence of chaos, that has prompted the cause of this book! As the Ministry of Noble Drew Ali was not performed under the names of Negro, Black or Colored; like so, a so-called African American did not and could not have written this Biography. Under the manmade psychic of the NBC, no “Black Man” could have ever written the high degree of this literary enlightenments. As it is well proven within the covers of my Book, these names were legally attached to Slaves and then illegally to Ex-slaves by the system of jurisprudence in the United States; thus producing a Maya nation of People. This Author hereby disclaims any and all association with this temporary status of delusion. Therefore he is severing the last bonds to Mental Slavery and assumable jurisdiction of the United States with the sole intent to jointly free his People with these efforts. I can prove I am that I am. It is up to the United States, etc to prove otherwise.
Also, through Noble Drew Ali’s Prophecy of His “Supreme Laws Will Be Handed Down To You Later”, which has been cast into the latent realms of Public Domain since 1929, derived the Love, Wisdom and Will to bound this manuscript. As author, I am of the utmost certainty it is a written testimonial, a humble fruition of the Divine Ordination to the New Era of Ali. And for the first time in over three-quarters of a century, these lessons, from a higher plane of Consciousness, are being revealed to the indigenous Sons and Daughters of the Americas and adjoining Islands.
This disclaimer also includes the absence of any evil motive, ill at ease, hateful intent or deliberate agitation to the emotional feelings, beliefs or trust of any individual, group, religion or government. I definitely do not harbor hatred for the MSTA. However, Needfultosay, in order to exhume the body of Moorish American Nationals, some dirt must be removed. And if your actions, your God or laws of your Government has been used as a particle of dust to the dirt which has buried my people, be assured none will be harmed during the exhumation. As for the salvation of the so-called “African Americans” everyone and their Momma is either a part of the problem or a part of the solution. The Biography of Noble Drew Ali / the Exhuming of a Nation is no exception to this datum. It is in the nature of the universe to shift when receiving new life. All thoughts herein are original and guided through I, The Author, unless so honored and referenced to the contrary.
Again, in humble recapitulation, the transcribing of this Biography is the author’s rightful claim to the lofty inheritance of his forefathers and attainment to the one true God. My rights to proclaim my true and Free National Name and that of my people joined with the declaration to the Great God of my own and are inalienable. These rights are not confined to mere organizations, groups of men or subsequent De Rigueur religious rituals of any sect, civil or political dedications. It is free national standards and principles that makes a man and a nation.” I, personally, am not trying to get rich from book sales. I am striving to sustain freedom for myself and my People.
