First, it must be stated: Yes. This author is in favor of Reparations, in the form of both land and monies, to be paid by the United States to the Survivors of Slaves and Ex-Slaves. But I must also say: Reparations will never be given to African Americans in their present status. Only about one in every fifty thousand well-trained (mis-educated)‘Black Americans’ knows since 1868 the 14th Amendment has declared Reparations to "All persons subject to its jurisdiction" as unconstitutional. This means especially those United States’ Ex-Slaves and their descendants. Do not be deceived by the hundreds of individuals and groups riding the new 21st Century wave of "REPARATIONS NOW"! Albeit all Reparations Now Movements are being showcased by prominent Black U. S. Law Professionals, magnanimous legal firms, Political Leaders and Civil Rights Activists, followed by flocks of sincere individuals and groups, demanding compensations owed for centuries of unpaid slave labor. Whether innocent or ignorant, they are now pursing realms reserved for all free National Beings. In their pursuit of Reparations, today’s African Americans are attempting to wade into the very depth of international waters while dry-docked by the de facto Slave Labels of Negro, Blacks and Colored (NBC). With all due respect, these celebrities are being dangled in front of the masses of NBC like a ripened carrot in front of the donkey.

It does not take much memory to recall there are masterful reasons why slaves have never been allowed to have leaders at any time in the histories of slavery. Slavery in the United States has been no different. Except! Occasionally, the Makers of Negroes will systematically reward "bells" (degrees of authorization) to the conformed blind. Habitually the Black hordes believe these experienced leaders are safe to follow. Meanwhile the head of the donkey is so focused on ‘The American Dream’, it can’t tell the masses that it’s ass is hauling a Denationalized Cargo of 40’s Colored, 50’s Negro, 60’s Black, 70’s Afro, 80’s Afram and 90’s African American. This load is far too heavy and just toooo many names for one people to be!!! If NBC Reparations were remotely possible … who would be the lone recipient? Negroes? Colored? Blacks? Who? Traditionally, these movements have always lead the carriers of these slave labels from one slot in the political egg crate to another slot. And as long as this continues, the old 14th Amendment (Sections 1 and 4) will rule supreme. Blacks have been declared a Gross National Product (3/5 Clause) since the inception of the United States. Today, averaging an estimated $800,000,000,000.00 (Eight Hundred Billion) dollars annually, yet not owning one national thing of their own, sums to a grand total of "Blacks are (still) perpetually Big Business In America." In essence, accepted or not, the NBC being Congressional Property, as ratified in the Reconstruction Amendments, are themselves Reparations (property).

All so-called African Americans are made and mass produced exclusively in the United States (Read: The Negro And The Sardine). In this "Information Age" the NBC no longer suffer from a lack of ignorance but to a lack of revealed truth. The cries for "Reparations" are not new. In fact, they are as old as the Institutions of Slavery. The problem with the unheard Negro cry is not due to false ancestral pain or unmerited Maafa or cases of unrecorded genocide. These things were actually suffered during 86-years of Constitutional Slavery and the additional 136-years of 14th Amendment Assumed-Jurisdictional Slavery. Their cries are so legitimate that if all 500-years of atrocities to African Nationals were heard at once and compared to the Jewish Holocaust, the latter would sound like a baby’s burp. Worst yet, their cries go unheard because they have little-to-no knowledge about the family of Nations where the true politics of Reparations are played. If so-called Blacks would just remember, Europeans who designed the Negro did so intentionally for their slaves to never become a nation. All lawyers are agents of the court and, unlike Judges; they cannot practice law from the bench. It was through the European judicial system and new Bar Associations, which lawfully sustained the status of the NBC. Now, where in history has the master taught the slave to be greater than him self? The very labels "NBC" means: those ‘denationalized’, persons without nationalities.

What has this to do with Reparations? In the light of understanding, since nationhood was never meant for him, it is not really the fault of a Negro Lawyer for failing to understand exactly what are ‘Reparations’? Ironically the Negro lawyer does not know (or cannot tell) there is no difference between a Black Slave and a free Black. They are both still Black! So how does the law define Reparation?

REPARATION: (Black’s Law Dictionary / 6th Edition) Payment for an injury or damage; redress for a wrong done. Several States have adopted the Uniform Crime Victims Reparation Act. Certain Federal statutes also provide for reparations for violation of Act; e.g. persons suffering losses because of violations of Commodity Futures Trading Act may seek reparation under the Act against violator. 7 U.S.C.A. #18. Payment made by one country to another for damages during war or breach of an international obligation. See: Restitution."

According to the above definition and legal application, Reparation is a form of payment or restitution that is rendered between Countries, Established Governments and Nations as an act of comity for injuries or damages suffered during wrong doings or war. Notice the word "international" and its root word ‘nation’. The so-called NBC, made in the molds of perpetual Slavery, is not and can never be a "Country", "Established Government" or "Nation". This is why Reparations will never be given to the ‘African Americans’ in their present status of (1) Assumable Jurisdiction of the United States, (2) clinging to de facto names that delude to slavery and (3) remaining an undeclared nation through not proclaiming their one free national name and number. Observe the list below, which outlines a resent history of National Payers and their Reparation Recipient of Nations:

It should be noted, the first Tribe of Seminoles listed above could not receive millions of dollars in Reparations until they purged themselves of all "Negroes" claiming "Black Seminole" ancestral blood. The U.S. Reparation Ordinances strongly enforced the very explicit laws that direct national compensations only to Nations, Tribes and families bearing one free national name. In short, if you claim "black", or any other name that deludes to slavery as an identity, you ain’t got nothing (national) coming! Again, the USA is telling the so-called NBC is still mere property after all these years of Citizen-Act-Alikes and that Slaves can never receive Reparations! Reparations are compensatory and

Land payments from a responsible and apologetic Constituted Government due to an established and inherent Sovereignty. These things are given to surviving and recovering Peoples bearing the (same) one free National Name. Now Persons and groups may acquire settlements from Law Suits filed against various Corporations and Insurance Companies that profited from the Lawful Institutions of Slavery. But these monies and forms of settlements paid to NBC cannot be misconstrued or classified to be in the same category as Reparations.

During the 1920’s, Noble Drew Ali became the first to reveal the truth about reparations and the only way it can be acquired. Above all he taught his Moorish American Nationals that: "Money does not make the man, it is free national standards and principles that make a man and a people." This is why Noble Drew Ali revealed to his brothers and sisters of North America, "Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all these things will be added unto you." Besides, any monies in the possession of a Slave can only be used to further enhance their state of servitude. At best, even a well-trained wealthy Slave is still a slave!

Remember when former President William ‘Bill’ Clinton finally went with his wife to Africa? During the administration of Bill Clinton, there was the worst ‘bewildered look’ on the faces of Politically Correct-NBC People since the assassination of John F. Kennedy. They simply could not understand how their beloved "Bill" would not apologize to them for 400 years of slavery, especially after standing in Africa’s infamous "Door Of No Return". And as if to add insult to injury, the rejected apology was surrounded by question marks from the recent passing of "The Hawaiian Apology Resolution". Through the United States "Public Law # 103 – 150", passed by Congress and proudly signed by said President on November 11, 1993, the native Hawaiians received Their "United States Apology". The results of this Congressional Apology rendered "…the logical consequences of this resolution would be independence". Needfultosay, the reason Negro, Black and Colored People could / can not understand that National Apologies and Reparations from Governments are only given to other Nations, Tribes and Families who are bearing the one free national name of their forefathers, is simply because they themselves can not also see they are Nationless, detached from the Human Family Of Nations and without their own "one free name". They need only to seek their "One free National Name", which is the kingdom of heaven and Apologies and Reparations will be added unto them. At the advent and publication of this Book, these things are now possible and possible abundantly! Again, the Author is for Reparations. Indeed, the Great God knows they owe us. But somewhere in the Book of John I read that it would take "Truth to make us free." This is a quote from a descendant of the Ancient Moabite named "Jehoshua" (BKA: Jesus). Would a fish take the bait if it knew a hook is hidden in it? Learn the truth about yourself and reparations. As a closing and praise worthy note, it should be comforting to know we, as an unproclaimed people, are not alone in the understanding that, We must become a nation first before reparations will be added unto us.
