Reparations are exclusively to and from sovereignties, bearing one free national name e.g. United States, Sioux, Japanese, Ottawa's, etc. In the history of one nation’s apologies for their wrongdoings to another nation, reparations of land and monies have never been given to slaves. Compensations would only enhance his or her state of servitude but could never secure their national prosperity. History shows rich slaves existed in certain societies but they still remain slaves.
